Happy New Month.....

Well I found out stuff about work that I did not want to know. Corporate world sucks and management is corrupt. Oh well. My friend Sarah wanted to apply to a position that would be perfect for her but my supervisor said that she shouldn't apply for it because she needs to be more confident in her position. The problem is that if this job is not best for her, she should be able to move to a different department. It's screwed up and I don't like it.

Aside from that, I am glad that I have the weekends to get away from work. Work is not stressful, but I need something else. When the economy gets better, I can perhaps get a job that is closer to my field of study. Until that time comes, I'll stay where I am and hope that I can survive for another year. I've been at the AICPA for a year. A year goes by really fast. Wow. Be glad for the time you do have. You never know how fast it will pass.
