Sorry, I missed the part where I was incompetent.

To say the least, I have been having some work issues.

It goes as follows:

1. I don't get trained effectively on doctor's schedules

2. Nurses don't communicate to the doctors about change in schedules.

3. They expect us, as PBA's to know what their schedules are without being told.

4. I get yelled at because I didn't know the "rules".

5. I ask what the rules are.

6. I get yelled at again because I didn't know the "rules".

7. The rules change and we don't get told.

8. I get used as a scape goat

9. I get tired of it.

10. I talk to my manager.


Hopefully it works out.
