Excessively something

It is Monday and it is time to go to bed. I finally replaced the book I bought and left on the plane. I didn't know it was that hard to find until I had to go to 4 different stores to go find it. I'm just glad I have it to read now.

I'm glad I'm home with my kitties. I'm going to get some stuff done around here and head to bed. I hope I feel better tomorrow. Thank you Mom for being such a good host while I was down there. I appreciate it. Hope you feel better as well.

I want to thank you for getting me sick today. I have to stay home due to a cold. Go figure. How would I have ever caught that? I'm going to rest today and hopefully I'll get over this cold faster. Smile!

It was very nice visiting all of you. I miss you all. I should come and visit more often. If I had the money, I would. We all know how that goes. Perhaps one of my family members can take the time to visit me over here! That would be nice.

I lost my book on the plane. When I was coming back from Raleigh, I left my book on that plane. Oh well. I can buy another one. I'm not driving back to the airport just to get a book. It's not worth it to me. That's one of my chores for the day.

I am going to rest up and eat something shortly. Tata and have a good day all. I will get better. I'm strong. Happy 3 days till the new year!

The dreaded 12 hour day

is close coming Tuesday. I need extra money so I will be working. I am crazy for offering to do this because I usually like to get home early, read a book, and go to sleep. Anyway, I will get through this next week like I did all the rest. Toodaloo.

Christmas Eve!

I'm working! Yay! I will be off soon then fly off to see my family. Mom, are you still sick? Will Stephanie be picking me up?

Anyway, at work they had Dunkin donuts for us to thank us for working Christmas Eve. I and another person are getting off at 1pm today. Lucky me. I am able to get off early and use 1/2 vacation day for it. I don't have the money to take a dock pay for two hours. I just found out yesterday that the business does not close at 3pm as usual, but is open all Christmas Eve day. It's very stupid. I guess patriotism (July 4th) is more important than Christmas. Go figure. We got off early the day before July 4th, according to individuals working here.

I'm glad I get to see you all. Hopefully there won't be any delays. Wish me luck!

Good Morning on this Christmas Eve Eve day. I received the Jewlery box! I also received the chair cushion and wonderful blanket. Thank you Mom and Dad! Much appreciated ;).

I still have not received my much anticipatd gift from Stephanie. Still waiting on that. I hope to receive it soon as it is biodegradable ;). We shall see.

Well, off to work on this gorgeous day. I'm stuck inside. How awful. I want to be curled up under a blanket with some tea and a nice book. That sounds like heaven. I will be there soon enough. Have a good day!

It is not the medication mom

I've been like that my whole life! I've always needed sleep. Everyone needs that much sleep.

Work, Break, then Work again.

I am very tired. I have gotten 6 hours of sleep for 4 days straight. I don't know how you crazy people do that day and day on end. I want to plop. I seriously want to sleep at work, if I wouldn't get fired. I am trying to keep myself awake by drinking way too much caffeine and pinching myself on occasion. I need at least 8 hours a night or I can't function.

I don't CARE how tough it makes you feel to be able to function on 6 hours or less. It makes you weak. I like to be strong, and take care of myself, which is why I will do my damnest to get to bed early tonight. I'm fussy. Go figure. Not enough sleep. zzzZZZzzz

Laptop!!!!!!!!

I have internet! Yippee! Dad got me a laptop for my graduation present! Thank you!!!!! I do not feel like I deserve this wonderful gift, however, I will suck it up and accept it ;).

Thank you to all who supported my efforts to finish my graduate degree, and who are supporting me in my ventures to get my masters degree. I will have a wonderful Christmas because now I can communicate with my family on the go! Thank you thank you thank you! I look forward to seeing my family on Christmas. Three years is much too long. I bid thee farewell!

I don't have internet back yet, don't get too excited. I'll get it back sometime this week, if I can manage it. Work is fine, home is fine, cats are fine. Will write more soon.
